- Radio Network Configuration: In most cases, reconfiguration of radio codeplugs is not needed. NeoTerra and TruFleet have identical radio network configurations.
- Network Ports: Ensure the necessary network ports are open. We will provide documentation for the required ports.
- Server Setup:
- You can either purchase a server from Teldio or use your own.
- If using your own server, we will provide the TruFleet software and installation instructions via email.
- Radio Information: Provide an Excel spreadsheet with Radio Names, Radio IDs, and Icons for your devices. If you have multiple fleets, separate them into different sheets within the spreadsheet.
- Licensing:
- For offline systems, we will guide you on how to retrieve an offline license request file from the TruFleet software on your server. Once we receive this file and the radio contacts, we will then provide the license.
- For systems with internet access, an online license key will be provided after purchase and can be activated instantly in the WCP configurator.
- Configuration Generation: Once we receive the radio contacts, we will generate a custom TruFleet configuration and provide it with installation instructions in the WCP configurator.
- Installation and Verification: We will work with you to schedule an installation date, remotely connect via TeamViewer to complete the installation, and verify radio network connectivity and functionality.
- Training: We will provide Teldio TruFleet user experience training to ensure your team can effectively support and manage the system.
