Webinar: Installation and Support
Here is the recording of our latest webinar focused on the installation and support process for Teldio applications.
The webinar covers our processes from pre-sales to installation through to post install.
We begin with a brief overview of Teldio and then jump into how we help you throughout the pre-sales stage of a project. The first thing we will work with you on it qualifying the opportunity, this involves ensuring it’s a right fit and that we can actually deliver the solution they are looking for. If we cannot fulfill an order we will let you know.
The next thing we will put together a professional quote for you to share with your customer (with and without MSRP). The quote includes more than just a list of items, it will also include information on the required radio components so you and the customer are aware of the additional materials that will be needed. We also provide you with demos and training for you to utilize throughout the sales process, including webinars, live demos, marketing collateral and more. Simply contact your Teldio sales rep or look for it here.

Once you have gotten the sale the installation process begins, which is where our Teldio support team comes in. We break the installation process into 4 stages; shipment, information gathering, staging and on site install.
The shipment stage is where we send you and the customer everything you will need to complete the install. This includes software, radio equipment, and non-radio equipment.
The information gathering stage allows everyone to get on the same page and keep the right people in the loop. This is where we will have a call to get started and go over the system information, installation dates and more.
The staging portion is the most important step, as it ensures a streamlined installation process. We offer a variety of tools to help throughout this process, including a checklist including items for both you and the end customer, a D3M diagram where we will work together with you to build the system design and an installation calendar where you can book a time to assure we have enough dedicated time for your install. Throughout the staging process, we will handle quite a few things for you, including editing codeplugs, configuring the app, providing you with the necessary training, and more.
Lastly, we get to the on site install which is where you will give us a remote connection and help us with the radio placements, connections, etc. If anything comes up during the install process we will work with you to resolve any issues. We also offer on site installation for an additional fee.
The last part of our installation and support processes is the post install support, which is where our support packages come into play. We offer 3 support packages, bronze, silver, and gold, with all packages coming with free software upgrades and 1 year of standard hardware replacements. Also, the first year of Bronze Support is on us! We’re here for you, even after the install is complete. With an active support package, you don’t need to be an expert in all our apps – that’s what we’re here for!
