Enhance Productivity & Worker Efficiency with Smart Tickets

Enhance Productivity & Worker Efficiency with Smart Tickets

What are Smart Tickets?

Companies utilize work tickets for a variety of reasons, whether it be a hotel room needing fresh towels, or a manufacturing plant notifying engineering of faulty equipment. Work tickets help ensure all matters are being dealt with.

But what many work tickets do not offer is visibility into whether or not the ticket has been completed. Many work tickets simply send out the task to be completed and users have no indication if a ticket has been accepted, resolved or closed by another user. This can cause many issues, such as a delay in ticket response times or multiple users completing the same task.

With Teldio Smart Tickets these issues are resolved. As a user accepts and closes a work ticket, the remaining group members’ radios automatically update the work ticket’s status. By keeping everyone in the sync, employees are more productive, efficient and the workflow is better managed.

How Do Smart Tickets Work?

Which Applications are Smart Tickets Compatible With?

Smart Tickets are compatible with a variety of Teldio applications, including:

Teldio’s Alarm Management System (AMS) is an automated, intelligent alarm management and notification system which can dispatch messages to the right users, at the right time instantly without the need for user intervention (dispatcher).

Teldio’s Work Ticketing System is an all-in-one working ticket management system which can be set up in a matter of minutes, needing nothing more than an IP network connection and/or radio network.

Teldio’s HotSOS API Integration works with the Teldio Gateway to enable communication between radios and the HotSOS platform.

Man Down Notifier (MDN) proactively monitors workers to identify if they have suffered a fall or accident by dispatching a notification when the radio’s motion sensor detects lack of movement, horizontal tilt or both.

Lone Worker (LW) automatically sends ‘alive check’ messages at specific time intervals to confirm workers are safe.
