What are Smart Tickets?

But what many work tickets do not offer is visibility into whether or not the ticket has been completed. Many work tickets simply send out the task to be completed and users have no indication if a ticket has been accepted, resolved or closed by another user. This can cause many issues, such as a delay in ticket response times or multiple users completing the same task.
