All Teldio Applications are Compatible with Windows 10!
Did you know that all Teldio applications are compatible with Windows 10? This is a great time to update any existing Teldio Application servers as Mircosoft’s Windows 7 support has now expired.
Microsoft’s Windows 7 support being expired can lead to issues with applications down the line which we aim to mitigate and one major way to do this is to upgrade to Windows 10.
Before you upgrade to Windows 10
You need to ensure you are on a valid Teldio Support Package (see all 3 levels below). This will ensure a smooth transition over to Windows 10.
After you have upgraded to Windows 10
You will need to schedule a time with the Teldio Support team so they can log in and ensure all your Teldio applications are functioning properly. From here they can make any changes if needed to allow the applications to run smoothly on Windows 10. This step is very important as it will help reduce your system’s total downtime.
Note: Before upgrading disconnect any control stations and reconnect them after the upgrade is complete.
3 Levels of Teldio Support
Teldio offers 3 levels of support for our customers. Each level comes with free software upgrades and 1 year of standard hardware replacements.
Bronze Support is our most basic level of support, including availability from 9AM-5PM EST via phone and online support (weekdays only) with a response within 24 hours (weekdays only). This is a great option if you don’t think you’ll need hands-on support but want to ensure you have support in place for upgrades and any emergency situations.
Silver Support is our most popular level of support, including availability from 8AM-6PM EST phone (weekdays only) and online support (7 days a week) with a response within 5 hours (7 days a week). This is our best selling support package because it offers continual upgrades while offering a larger, faster window for support when needed.
Gold Support is our highest level of support, including availability 24 hours x 365 days (phone and online support) with a response within 3 hours (7 days a week). This is a great option for large systems or any safety applications as downtime is not ideal so our team is here to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure you are always up and running!
