Alarm Control System (ACS) is a software application that automatically dispatches safety and business critical alarms to MOTOTRBO digital radios and other mobile devices. If an alarm is raised the Alarm Control System will immediately identify the available employees and escalate the alarm until it is acknowledged, resolved and closed.

ACS automatically routes a notification to employees according to the type of alarm that was triggered. For example, if a fire alarm is raised, a notification will be routed specifically to the fire response team. If the alarm is not acknowledged by the fire response team, the notification will be escalated to the next designated employee or work group, ensuring that the alarm is managed.

Alarm Control System, Centralized Lone Worker and Indoor Positioning enhance the safety of your employees. With Lone Worker Protection, workers are kept safe at all times. A notification is sent to the lone worker's MOTOTRBO radio on a regular basis, requesting him to respond. If the person is unable to do so, the system will trigger the Alarm Control System. Furthermore, the Indoor Positioning Module ensures lone workers can be located quickly and efficiently in the event of an unfavorable situation.
